Fire Safety

Fire safety health and safety training courses

Fires are a major cause of death and injury in a place of work, with what start out as small fires often growing into large, out of control infernos which can overwhelm people and damage buildings and contents beyond repair.

Whilst most people think of fires causing death and injury through burns, and although this is true for a number of cases, the majority of deaths are actually as a result of smoke inhilation. Either way, fires are extremely dangerous and damaging, and steps should be taken to ensure that they are prevented as far as practically possible, including the performing of fire risk assessments and suitable fire safety training courses.
